Welcome to EMAN Zoning!

East Mount Airy Neighbors is a Registered Community Organization(RCO), a community group concerned with the physical development of our community. As your local RCO, our primary goal is to help you navigate the steep Zoning procedure learning curves and to be your community organizer.

As an RCO, we collect key information and host meetings around our neighborhood’s development. All of this work happens through EMAN’s Zoning Committee. Zoning Committee meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of each month. Zoning project meetings are scheduled on Tuesday evenings throughout the year.
