The Mayor’s Office of Reintegration Services (RISE). We work with men and women coming home from incarceration (returning citizens). They provide a variety of services including, case management, vocational training, anger management classes, parenting classes,  expungement, employment assistance among other services. To qualify a person has to:

  • Have any conviction (except arson and sex offenses)

  • Be 18 years old  or older

  • Reside in Philadelphia

  • Have no open cases
