The Philadelphia Department of Public Health has been actively involved in the COVID-19 Services Program since 2020, working to provide crucial resources and support to communities. As we enter the respiratory virus season, we want to ensure our members are aware of the resources available, with a particular emphasis on free test kit distribution. Here are the details:
TEST KITS FOR DISTRIBUTION
Organizations, businesses, or individuals hosting special events or planning to distribute Covid Tests can directly request free test kits from the department, especially if they require quantities exceeding 300.
To request test kits please email me directly at eugene.frid@phila.gov and I will promptly handle the ordering process for you.
Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email specifying the date and time of your pick-up window. Orders can be picked up at 700 Packer Avenue or delivered to you depending on availability.
FREE FEDERAL COVID-19 TEST KITS
The Federal government is offering free COVID-19 test kits that will be mailed to your home.
Request these kits at USPS Test Kits or by calling 1-800-232-0233.
Please note that this is a federal government program, and we won't be able to assist with shipping or confirmation of these orders.
