Please join us for our Annual Meeting and Elections! Meet the people who volunteer their time and energy to help “make a good community better”

Our guest speaker will be Scott Charles, Temple University Hospital’s Trauma Outreach Coordinator, who runs “Cradle to Grave”, a youth-focused gun-violence prevention program that has been nationally recognized for its effectiveness. Scott has received many honors and awards and has appeared on several national TV and radio programs (like The Today Show, World News Tonight, and Morning Edition), to talk about this innovative program.

“Cradle to Grave” is an award-winning, nationally recognized violence prevention initiative that has been featured on network news programs and in the New York Times. It brings in groups of students and adjudicated young people, and gives them a graphic and hard look at the results of gun violence. The emphasis is on educating kids, not just scaring them. We think you’ll find the presentation both relevant and extremely interesting, and we hope to see you there.

Note: EMAN’s Zoning and Land Use Committee meets on the third Monday of each month at 7:30 PM, unless there is no issue pending. Specific dates can be found on our web calendar, noting the address of any property under review. Meeting place TBA.
